What kind of photography/ videography do you do?
I am a lifestyle family photographer but I do everything with my camera. I take newborn, maternity, senior and graduate portraits, birthday, engagement, wedding and more. I don't offer videography.
what is your photography style?
Natural, candid, warm, fun and asthenic look photos are my passion. I focus on taking unscripted interaction between my clients but I also do the "portraits portrait" looks for grandparents, frames and Christmas cards.
Where is your location?
I am based in Parsons, Kansas but I cater other nearby states like Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas
Do you travel?
Yes, i do not charge from 30 miles away of my zipcode, 67357. I ask for additional $1.25/ mile outside 30 miles away from my house.
Do you have mini-sessions?
I offer several mini sessions in a year. Please check my facebook page for schedules and updates.
how long does it take to get my pictures?
My turn around time is 2 weeks and for weddings it is 4 weeks.
Do you give unedited images?
Absolutely no. First, because I take all my pictures in raw mode and it takes a special software to open it. Second, I value and adore my artwork. Rest assured that when you hire me, you will get professionally edited beautiful images. I can adjust the brightness of my work according to your preferences but I can't change my unique style.
Can I reschedule my session?
Absolutely yes, in case of emergency, illness and severe weather
What do I wear?
You can wear whatever you are comfortable with. I am here to help you out. I have a separate page on style to guide you and get the best images you expect! Basically, the best is simple, casual, warm, light, neutral color without text. Complimentary colors is best than matching outfits. Avoid bright and neon colors, stripes pattern (this may cause "moiré effect"). Do not wear shirt with big slogan or statement to have timeless images.
What is the recommended time for photoshoot?
The best an hour before sunset and sunrise to achieve the golden hour look and avoid the harsh lighting of the sun.
